5. With sports, the acid rate in the body decreases. The rate of silent inflammation and acidosis, which causes many diseases in the body, is also reduced. Thus, the ageing process is delayed. In addition, even at advanced ages, the body continues to work better and energetically.
6. Running, fast walking, resistant breathing and abdominal exercises reduce the risk of lung diseases. Exercises performed at the aerobic limit increase the heart muscles and the pumping power of the heart. Leg exercises reduce the risk of catching vein diseases such as varicose veins, and alleviate the complaints of existing diseases.
7. Exercising causes the body to release endorphins and increases the level of happiness. It reduces the release of cortisol, known as the stress hormone. It helps improve mood. It can also make you more self-confident, as the body is energized and shaped.
8. Improves balance and concentration. It allows you to focus better on what you are doing. It increases the flexibility and mobility of the body.
9. It accelerates the metabolism, and supports the weight loss process. It allows the calories you take to turn into muscle instead of fat. It is also necessary to exercise in order to gain weight in a healthy way. Thus, you can reach the ideal weight with a more fit body.
